Guided by the rhythm of the seasons and tides, we collect pure ocean water and bring it to our solar salt houses in Bellbrae, a stone’s throw from the wild coastline of Bells Beach, where the process begins.
2. Evaporate
Pinched from the sea and made with sunshine, the crystals form slowly and naturally. Each batch is handled with care and intention, preserving texture, flavour and integrity. No shortcuts. No processing. Just the quiet rhythm of the ocean, captured in every harvest.
3. Harvest
Every crystal is formed with sunshine and a little music, bringing natural flavour and a sense of joy to your table. Through traditional solar evaporation, the salt retains its natural minerals and a subtle, complex flavour.
