On my family farmland in Bellbrae, my husband, daughter and I share in the ritual of collecting the pristine water of Bells Beach. Through the magical alchemy of sun, sea and wind, we gently coax pure, natural salt crystals into being. We focus on respecting the natural world with eco practices and packaging.

We’ve spent years learning, experimenting, and perfecting our craft—slowly solar evaporating salt in Bellbrae, sharing laughs, stories, and hard work along the way. Every jar carries a little piece of our family, ready to bring joy to your table.
