Classic Margarita

Ingredients

• 50ml tequila
• 25ml fresh lime juice
• 20ml triple sec or Cointreau
• Ice
• House of Pincho finishing salt
• Lime wedge

Method

1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and lightly dip it into House of Pincho Finishing salt
2. Fill a shaker with ice, then add tequila, lime juice, and triple sec.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Clean, sharp and refreshing, with the salt bringing the citrus and tequila into perfect balance.
